Where is my order?
Your order could be in a couple of places... our warehouse, awaiting dispatch, with An Post on its way, or delivered.
If you have received an order confirmation email and have not received delivery within 5-7 working days, please contact info@deerbaby.ie and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
How much is delivery cost?
All orders have free shipping over €35. Orders under €35 will incur a postal charge of €7.00.
Online returns policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Your items must be returned to us in their original packaging, with tags still attached. Any items with excessive odour (smoke, perfume etc) will not be accepted and returned to the customer’s original address. Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, it is important that your parcel is securely sealed so that it is returned undamaged with all returned items present. We recommend customers to use a tracked service to ensure your return gets to us. It can take up to 21 working days for your return to reach us, the return to be processed, and for the amount to be refunded to your account.
Refunds can only be made to the original form of payment. If this is no longer possible, an online voucher will be issued instead.
Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?
We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
What should I do if I receive a wrong or faulty item?
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. We will be more than happy to look into this for you. Please contact us at info@deerbaby.ie stating the order number with further details of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include an image of the item(s).
